1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyInbox platform ("Service"), operated by MyInbox ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including tenants, agents, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

MyInbox is a customer support and communication platform designed for f-commerce businesses in Bangladesh. The Service provides multi-channel messaging (Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, Email, Live Chat, and more), team collaboration tools, automation, and customer relationship management capabilities. The Service is accessible at myinbox.tech (SaaS management) and chat.myinbox.tech (customer support dashboard).

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is available at myinbox.tech/pricing.
  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through SSLCommerz and bKash. We do not store your payment card details directly.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time from your tenant portal.
  • A 14-day free trial is provided for new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period.
  • If payment fails, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk commercial communications.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive business practices.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Data & Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of the data and content you upload, create, or transmit through the Service ("Your Content").
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You authorize us to access your connected third-party accounts to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your tenant portal at myinbox.tech/portal.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your data will be deleted after the 30-day retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
